Jacques’s practice explores humanity’s relationship to technology through 3D-digital modeling, film, and interactive kinetic sculptures. These elements construct narratives surrounding near and far speculative futures. These digital and physical outputs are designed to prompt the audience to analyse the future of humanity, emphasising the role of advanced technologies. His work often embodies a critical cynicism and a quiet sense of dread that displays his worries, fears and, occasionally, hopes about the potential future.
